Traffic Controller

This role involves managing maritime traffic at a coastal and port traffic control center, ensuring the safe passage of vessels through continuous monitoring and communication. The position requires identifying vessels, receiving and transmitting position reports, and issuing navigational instructions and restrictions as needed. Candidates undergo comprehensive training in maritime safety, vessel characteristics, and traffic control jargon in Dutch and English before beginning their duties.
