Traffic & Resource Manager

The Traffic & Resource Manager is responsible for the effective scheduling, allocation, and optimization of agency resources across a high-volume portfolio of creative and marketing work within VodafoneThree's in-house creative agency. This role ensures the right people are assigned to the right projects at the right time, balancing delivery priorities, team capacity, and deadlines across multiple brands and stakeholder groups. The position plays a central part in enabling the smooth and efficient operation of the agency by acting as the key point of control for workflow, resourcing, and delivery visibility.
