About this role
A 12-month, full-time rotational leadership-development program for recent college graduates in mortgage servicing focused on building management and process-improvement skills. TRAIL Operations Specialists are placed in servicing default areas such as loss mitigation, foreclosure, and bankruptcy to gain on-the-job leadership experience and mentorship. The program begins July 2026 and is designed to prepare participants for future management roles within the company.
