Trainee Program

This two-year rotational program at ABB offers participants the opportunity to develop go-to-market strategy, leadership skills, and product knowledge through three rotations within the Electrification or Motion business groups. Participants will support business operations, collaborate with various teams, and contribute to strategic objectives while receiving coaching and training. The role concludes with a capstone project and presentation, preparing individuals for future professional roles within the company.
