About this role
An 11-month Management Trainee program at Europcar Mobility Group preparing candidates to become branch (Filial) managers across Germany. The program combines on-site operational experience at nationwide locations, theoretical and practical training including rotations in Hamburg headquarters, and mentoring to develop leadership and business management capabilities. Successful graduates take on full responsibility for running a station and customer-facing mobility services.
