Trainer, Call Center

IKS Health is seeking an experienced Trainer to facilitate onboarding, refresher, and developmental training programs for customer service representatives supporting inbound patient billing and invoice inquiries. This role prepares employees to deliver exceptional customer service, resolve billing concerns accurately, and create a positive patient experience. The Trainer partners with various teams to support employee development initiatives and drive continuous learning throughout the employee lifecycle.
