This role provides personalized support and guidance to help individuals with developmental disabilities succeed in their employment roles. The Trainer works closely with both employees and employers to facilitate a positive and inclusive work environment. The position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference by providing the support and resources needed to achieve employment goals and maximize potential.
