Trainer

Under the guidance of the Wellness Director, the Trainer provides one-on-one, partner, or small group fitness guidance to members and guests. The role involves developing and monitoring personalized fitness programs, including cardiovascular exercise, resistance training, and flexibility, to help clients achieve their personal training goals. The position ensures a quality client experience by helping members identify, track, and reach their fitness objectives.
