Trainer

The Trainer is responsible for training employees to safely and efficiently operate underground mining equipment and perform mining-related tasks while meeting all Redpath, Client, and legislative requirements. The role involves conducting theoretical and practical training, maintaining safety and training matrices, and performing onboarding orientations. The position requires coordinating training activities and ensuring best practices are followed to mitigate accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
