Trainer

The Trainer supports all aspects of production training to ensure the Greenville Facility runs smoothly and product standards are met. This role is responsible for administering efficient training to production staff, ensuring employees are trained to Sauer Brand’s Standard of Work, and managing standardized onboarding for new hires. The position also involves overseeing training progress, developing materials, and coaching employees to meet quality and operational goals.
