Training Advisor

Northern Star, a global gold miner in Western Australia and Alaska, is seeking a Training Advisor for the Jundee Operations to develop, review, and deliver training programs across processing and maintenance departments. The role focuses on aligning training with company induction standards, statutory certificate requirements, and competency benchmarks while supporting warehouse and team member inductions. This permanent, full-time position requires a candidate to coordinate with safety managers, monitor compliance via INX InTuition, and mentor onsite assessors.
