Training and Compliance Coordinator

The Training and Compliance Coordinator supports the Raleigh site by coordinating and delivering new-hire orientation, technical training, and employee qualification processes. This role serves as a training resource for employees and leaders, builds training capability across the site, and promotes collaboration and accountability among training partners. The position also provides hands-on training in production and operational areas, facilitates employee qualification and sign-off processes, and helps build sustainable training capability through train-the-trainer practices.
