Training and Compliance Support

This role provides support to operating railroads within the designated region to facilitate and oversee training and regulatory compliance activities. The position involves educating and training existing and future employees while ensuring adherence to procedures and guidelines set by the FRA, DOT, FMCSA, and company policy. The individual proactively supports the region's training and compliance goals, objectives, and strategies.
