Training and Development Coach/Assessor - Financial Services

This role involves supporting a caseload of apprenticeship candidates across various financial services qualifications, guiding them through their training and assessment to achieve their occupational standards. The position requires mentoring individuals, delivering engaging learning sessions, and maintaining strong relationships with both employers and apprentices to ensure successful programme completion. The coach will also monitor progress, provide developmental feedback, and facilitate preparation for end-point assessments.
