Training and Development Facilitator

The Training and Development Facilitator designs, coordinates, and delivers effective learning solutions for Contracting and Compensation operations, supporting both new and existing employees. Serving as a subject matter expert, the role assesses learning needs, develops training content, and provides coaching to enhance employee knowledge and capability.
