Training and Development Specialist

This role is responsible for the research, development, and delivery of end-user training and job aid materials for enterprise technology solutions, including the rollout of Kronos Workforce Scheduler. The position reports directly to the Executive Nursing team and leverages internal subject matter experts to build technical and skills-focused training functions. The specialist creates comprehensive training programs, instructional curricula, and educational materials to support technology adoption and skill development across the organization.
