Training Center

This role delivers, assesses, and coaches designated training curricula to meet organizational needs, conducting final evaluations and coaching sessions to determine participant performance ratings. The position involves frequent travel to the U.S. during the first six months and requires maintaining accurate training records while communicating with driver trainers and field managers. It is a non-union position focused on adult and accelerated learning techniques within a professional office and outside skills course environment.
