Training Coordinator - 2nd shift

The Training Coordinator conducts training for new and existing team members in classroom, training cell, and production floor settings. The role involves observing production operations to identify training needs, updating curriculum, and monitoring new team member performance to recommend release to the production floor. This position requires the ability to work on the production floor and support various manufacturing and support roles.
