Training Coordinator

This role supports the Team Member Experience (TMX) program by coordinating new hire orientations, facility tours, and training logistics to reduce turnover. The position involves designing training materials, assisting with Green Hat meetings, and ensuring new hires understand manufacturing processes and safety protocols. Candidates will work closely with production managers and the TMX manager to advance special projects and support team members during their first 90 days.
