Training Coordinator

The Training Coordinator prepares new Service Division members to succeed in customer production environments by designing, delivering, and improving technical training programs. This role involves conducting classroom instruction, simulation-based exercises, and hands-on practice with Atlas Copco products. When not training, the position supports customers as a Field Service Engineer by performing equipment installation and troubleshooting. The role is based at the Auburn Hills, MI office and manages the entire training process from identifying skill gaps to assessing performance.
