Training Coordinator

This role coordinates basic training for new hires and existing employees, ensuring all key training requirements and records are maintained. The position involves conducting safety training to meet Kroger compliance and OSHA regulations, performing new hire orientations, and maintaining standard operating procedures. The individual will also track training records and support the development of SQF 2000 Systems to ensure safe quality food production.
