Training Coordinator

The Training Coordinator will develop and maintain the training system for GCM's US-based facilities, working closely with functional team leaders to create subject matter experts and ensure proper use of training software. This role drives training standards for job requirements, methods, plans, and effectiveness while managing employee training records and conducting organization-wide needs assessments. The position requires facilitating the full training cycle and maintaining training system metrics to support employee development and personal mastery.
