Training Coordinator

The Training Coordinator plans, develops, and delivers training programs to support staff across all departments, including new employee onboarding and organization-wide sessions. This role maintains the Learning Management System to ensure accurate tracking of training records and compliance with state and accreditation standards. The position also involves evaluating training effectiveness and collaborating with leadership to implement continuous quality improvements.
