The Training Coordinator provides training evolutions and standardized progression testing for all craft within the Tallgrass footprint, ensuring field personnel are qualified to perform DOT PHMSA-covered tasks. This role involves developing technical training courses, conducting performance evaluations, and supporting PHMSA inspections to maintain a qualified and compliant workforce. The position requires direct work experience in creating curricula and a strong understanding of operator qualification policies.
