Training Coordinator

The Training Coordinator supports the Mill Learning Leader and Human Resources department by administering training and development functions at the Pine Hill Mill. The role involves coordinating new hire orientations, scheduling leadership trainings, managing security access systems, and maintaining training documentation and intranet pages. This position also serves as the subject matter expert for the Learning Management System and Learning Content Management System, handling data entry, reporting, and e-course production.
