Training Coordinator

The PAWS Training Coordinator coordinates, delivers, and continuously improves training and onboarding programs for volunteers, staff, and rehabilitation interns supporting the Snohomish Wildlife Rehabilitation Center, Seattle Cat City, and Lynnwood Companion Animal Shelter. This role involves scheduling and facilitating in-person and virtual training, maintaining training materials, assessing competencies, and identifying opportunities to strengthen training effectiveness. The position promotes safe, humane, and consistent animal care by helping individuals develop the knowledge and skills needed to perform their assigned responsibilities successfully.
