About this role

The Training Delivery Manager (Warfare Navigation) supports delivery of Navigation and Warfare training for the Royal Navy as part of the Selborne programme at HMS Collingwood. The role ensures simulator-based training and data-driven approaches are aligned with organisational standards and contributes to preparing personnel for front-line duties. The position is an onsite, permanent role based in Fareham reporting into Capita’s training operations.
