Training & Development Lead

The Training & Development Lead provides human resources information and support to the employee relations group with a focus on employee training. This role involves coordinating mandatory training, advising on employee relations issues, and serving as a subject matter expert for policies and processes. The position also supports HR Business Partners and assists in developing programs aligned with institutional strategies.
