Training & Development Manager

The Training & Development Manager owns and drives EASE Logistics’ learning and development strategy, aligning onboarding, upskilling, and professional development with business priorities. This role translates company processes, technology, and culture into practical learning programs that accelerate time-to-proficiency and improve employee performance. As a functional leader, the Manager partners with department leaders and subject matter experts to strengthen workforce capability across the organization.
