National Children’s Advocacy Center (NCAC) is a nonprofit organization that strengthens child advocacy centers nationwide by providing training, technical assistance, and research to improve responses to child abuse. Through national training programs, consultative services, and resource development, NCAC supports professionals across law enforcement, prosecution, child protective services, medicine, and mental health in conducting trauma-informed investigations and delivering services to children and families. The center also develops practice standards, disseminates resources, and hosts events and symposia to advance the field of child abuse response. NCAC’s work helps communities build coordinated systems that protect children, support survivors, and pursue justice.
