Training & Exercise/Hazard Mitigation Coord. Emergency Management

This role develops and implements a multi-year training and exercise plan to build preparedness, response, and recovery capabilities for emergency management. The position involves coordinating training with internal and external partners, facilitating updates to the hazard mitigation plan, and managing exercises using the HSEEP model. The incumbent supports public outreach, conducts capacity building activities, and serves as a duty officer during emergencies.
