Training Facilitator – Enterprise Software Implementation

ELB Learning is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led training for a large-scale federal enterprise technology implementation, transitioning approximately 25,000 users to a new Construction Management Platform. The role involves teaching users how to navigate and effectively use the software's functionality through virtual and in-person sessions. Facilitators will support multiple training waves and adapt delivery to diverse audiences, including executives, project managers, and technical users.
