Training Facilitator

This role involves running classes and training sessions for Virtual Assistants, assessing their competency, and providing feedback to instructional design and QA teams. The position focuses on onboarding new hires, conducting tool bootcamps, and ensuring client readiness through practical drills and simulations. The ideal candidate will facilitate training, manage LMS progression, and report on cohort performance and readiness metrics.
