Training Manager / Coordinator - Ludington Area

The Training Manager / Coordinator will develop and deliver technical training programs for manufacturing personnel, coordinate external training vendors, and maintain accurate training records and certifications. The role also includes conducting needs assessments, evaluating training effectiveness, and supporting the creation and update of work instructions and standard operating procedures.
