Training Manager, Safety

The Training Manager leads and manages the organization's training and development programs, with a primary focus on the administration, compliance, and continuous improvement of the company's U.S. Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship Program. This role develops and oversees training to ensure employees and apprentices possess the technical knowledge, practical skills, safety awareness, and professional competencies required for safe and effective job performance. The position serves as the primary internal resource for apprenticeship program administration, collaborating closely with Operations, Safety, Human Resources, and field leadership to align training objectives with business and workforce needs.
