Training Manager – Task Force

The Training Manager – Task Force will provide dedicated Learning & Development support to the assigned Marriott property for a minimum six-month period, assessing training needs, implementing Marriott-aligned programs, and strengthening employee capabilities. The role focuses on delivering orientation, service, operational, leadership, and compliance training while monitoring effectiveness and ensuring sustainability after the assignment.
