Training Manager – Visitor Operations

The Training Manager leads learning, development, and competency frameworks for a key Front-of-House Operations contract at a premier cultural destination in Abu Dhabi. This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving induction, training, and performance development programs to ensure the team meets contractual KPIs and service standards. The position oversees the full employee development lifecycle, from onboarding through to ongoing training and annual performance reviews, while maintaining comprehensive training records and audit-ready evidence.
