Training Manager

The Training Manager will lead the global training agenda for BURN’s Electric business, overseeing the development, rollout, and performance tracking of training content across markets. The role provides functional guidance to in‑country Training Officers, ensures training supports product usage, customer adoption, repayment, and accurate carbon messaging, and drives continuous improvement through KPI monitoring and cross‑functional collaboration.
