Training Manager

The Training Manager supports the Director of Training & Engagement in coordinating, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance team member performance and operational excellence. This role involves facilitating departmental training, supporting the Train-the-Trainer Program, and maintaining training records within the Learning Management System. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills to drive learning initiatives and reinforce the resort's commitment to exceptional guest service.
