Training Specialist II

The Training Specialist II plans, designs, and conducts educational and training programs to ensure employees are effectively trained in core and specialty competencies. This role involves delivering New Employee Orientation, refresher training, and continuing education classes while evaluating employee skills and maintaining accurate training records. The position serves as a liaison to facility departments and may act as a Master Trainer for other trainers.
