Training Specialist III

The Training Specialist III supports Navarro-ATL by preparing and conducting education training and development programs for the 222-S Laboratory Complex. This role involves partnering with functional organizations to identify training needs, develop course content, and implement effective training methods to ensure employees perform their jobs safely and proficiently. The position requires maintaining alignment with DOE Order 426.2 and utilizing the Systematic Approach to Training and ADDIE model for curriculum development.
