Training Specialist

The Training Specialist is the in-person trainer for processing tasks at the plant, responsible for overseeing and documenting training and testing within the Processing Tier Performance system. They support continuous improvement, cross-training, and the creation/maintenance of SOPs, while maintaining training records and reporting training status. The role performs routine audits to ensure SOP/WI/OPL compliance and reports to the Plant Production Manager, working day or night 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule.
