About this role
The role coordinates and delivers operational and accredited training primarily for the guarding workforce, client stakeholders and third parties. Embedded in the People & Culture team within the Defence portfolio, the role supports proactive learning strategy, manages online learning systems and oversees delivery of Cert II–IV training. The position is ideally based in Queensland with regular travel required.
