Training Specialist

This role applies technical training expertise to design, deliver, and support high-quality training programs that align with organizational performance targets and business strategies. The position ensures Operations employees are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and competency required to execute Precision Scheduled Railroading (PSR) safely, efficiently, and consistently across all locations. The specialist coordinates courses, manages training records, and provides continuous support to client groups and field managers.
