Training Specialist

This role involves facilitating training for new hires and existing staff, conducting mock scenarios, and assessing performance during the nesting process. The position requires creating training materials, performing training needs analyses, and collaborating with management to adjust curricula as needed. The ideal candidate will have experience in a BPO setting and strong proficiency in English and potentially other languages.
