Training Specialist

This role involves instructing, conducting, and developing training programs for Bus Operator Trainees, Bus Operators, and other designated employees to promote safe operations and standardized training. The position requires conducting classroom and on-bus training, evaluating performance, tracking safety records, and counseling operators on rule compliance. Additionally, the specialist assists in curriculum development, performs undercover surveillance, and applies Safety Management System principles to support the agency's safety plan.
