Training Specialist

The Training Specialist provides CPI Nonviolent Crisis Intervention training, coaching, and de-escalation support to Project Renewal employees to ensure safe and effective responses to challenging situations. The role involves facilitating additional staff trainings, developing training materials, and administering the agency's Relias Learning Management System. This position supports ongoing learning and development initiatives across the organization to enhance staff skills and compliance.
