Training Specialist

The Training Specialist acts as a role model for new hires by displaying the highest standards of integrity, superb follow-through, consistency, and first-rate customer service. This role supports the agency's training program by actively leading its implementation, assessing outcomes, and identifying development needs to build employee loyalty. The position involves providing hands-on training and guidance to caregivers on ADLs and IADLs while ensuring compliance with OAR qualifications.
