Training Specialist

The Training Specialist creates a consistent, engaging, and mission-centered learning experience to equip CarePortal staff and network partners for success. This role leads the coordination of new staff onboarding, manages the development of the training curriculum and certification program, and partners across teams to align learning resources with organizational priorities. The position focuses on facilitating virtual and in-person learning experiences while using data and feedback to continually improve training effectiveness.
