The Training Specialist serves as the operational owner of training performance across manufacturing stations, translating new processes into effective on-the-job learning experiences to ensure consistent execution and measurable technician proficiency. This role focuses on driving velocity, quality, and team self-sufficiency by mastering procedures, training technicians, and maintaining a comprehensive training and certification ecosystem. The specialist collaborates with process designers and Learning System Engineers to standardize operational processes and support continuous improvement.
